1. Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen
1. Prices and Payment Terms
Alle Preise in unserem Online-Shop sind Festpreise und verstehen sich in Euro inklusive der jeweils gültigen gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer, sofern nicht anders angegeben.
All prices in our online store are fixed and stated in euros, including applicable VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Die Bezahlung erfolgt zu 100 % per Vorkasse. Eine Bestellung wird erst nach vollständigem Zahlungseingang bearbeitet und in die Produktion aufgenommen. Es gibt keine Rückerstattung oder Teilzahlungsmöglichkeiten.
Payment is due 100% in advance. Orders are processed and moved into production only after full payment has been received. Refunds and partial payments are not possible.
2. Lieferzeit und Verfügbarkeit
2. Delivery Time and Availability
Unsere Produkte werden individuell gefertigt. Die übliche Produktions- und Lieferzeit beträgt für Schießanlagen 8 bis 12 Wochen ab Zahlungseingang.
Our products are custom-made. The typical production and delivery time for shooting systems is 8 to 12 weeks from receipt of payment.
Wir übernehmen keine Garantie für eine pünktliche Lieferung. Aufgrund von Materialverfügbarkeiten, Engpässen oder Transportverzögerungen kann sich die Lieferung verzögern. Diese Umstände stellen keinen Rücktrittsgrund dar.
We do not guarantee on-time delivery. Delays may occur due to material shortages, production bottlenecks, or shipping delays. These circumstances do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase.
3. Versandbedingungen
3. Shipping Terms
Die Lieferung erfolgt ab Werk („Ex Works“, Incoterms 2020) an die vom Kunden angegebene Adresse. Der Versand erfolgt durch eine Spedition oder einen Paketdienstleister.
Delivery is made Ex Works (Incoterms 2020) to the address provided by the customer. Shipment is handled by a freight forwarder or parcel service.
Die Versandkosten werden im Checkout angezeigt. Das Risiko geht mit Übergabe der Ware an den Transportdienstleister auf den Käufer über.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Risk is transferred to the customer once the goods are handed over to the shipping provider.
4. Installation und Montage
4. Installation and Assembly
Der Kunde ist für die Entladung und eigenständige Montage der gelieferten Produkte verantwortlich.
The customer is solely responsible for unloading and assembling the delivered products.
Es wird keinerlei Installationsservice oder Vor-Ort-Unterstützung angeboten.
We do not offer installation services or on-site support.
5. Gewährleistung
5. Warranty
Wir gewähren eine Gewährleistung von 12 Monaten ab Lieferdatum auf Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler.
We offer a 12-month warranty from the delivery date covering material and workmanship defects.
Die Gewährleistung entfällt bei:

Veränderungen am Produkt

unauthorized modifications to the product

Verwendung nicht geeigneter Munition oder Geräte

use of unsuitable ammunition or equipment
Weitere Ansprüche, insbesondere Schadensersatz für Folgeschäden oder entgangenen Gewinn, sind ausgeschlossen.
Further claims, particularly for consequential damages or lost profits, are excluded.
6. Haftungsausschluss

Die Nutzung unserer Produkte erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Der Käufer ist verpflichtet, alle Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie geltenden Gesetze einzuhalten und sicherzustellen, dass die Produkte fachgerecht und nur entsprechend ihrer Bestimmung verwendet werden.
Use of our products is at the customer’s own risk. The buyer is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and safety regulations and ensuring proper and intended use of the products.
7. Eigentumsvorbehalt
7. Retention of Title
Bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung bleibt die Ware unser Eigentum.
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Rückgabe / Widerruf
8. Returns / Withdrawal
Da es sich um individuell angefertigte Produkte handelt, ist eine Rückgabe oder ein Widerruf ausgeschlossen.
As our products are custom-made, returns and withdrawal are excluded.
9. Gerichtsstand und anwendbares Recht
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand ist Ulm, sofern der Käufer Kaufmann ist.
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Ulm, Germany, provided the buyer is a merchant under German commercial law.
10. Änderungen der AGB
10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, diese AGB jederzeit zu ändern. Maßgeblich ist die jeweils zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung gültige Fassung.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of purchase shall apply.
